How do I get my loved ones clothing to you?
If you’re local to Southeastern Ma you could make arrangements to drop your garments off at the store during operating hours or they can be shipped to our location.

Do you ship?
Yes! For an additional cost we can ship your completed items right to your door or to your gift recipient.

What kind of material can I use for memory items?
Any material that is not made of chiffon, rayon, silk, satin finish and nylon. Sweaters or items made from yarn or material that unravels are not suitable to make a bear from but work well for memory pillows.

What kind of payment do you accept?
Cash, Debit, and Credit at the moment. Checks would need to be cleared by the bank prior to delivery of completed items.

How long will it take?
A three week minimum maybe longer depending on how many orders are in queue before yours. Items are done in order received. I can rush an order for an additional charge.
6.
Can I personalize my Memory Bear?
Yes! Embroidered name and/or date is included in the price of the bear. For an additional fee a heart shaped poem patch can be added.
